Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that who will win the ongoing war will be decided in 2025. Zelensky said this in a speech to the country's parliament on the 1000th day of the start of the all-out war by Russian forces on the territory of Ukraine.
Zelensky presented a "coping plan" for Ukraine, commenting that the ongoing war was now "in the final moments".
Zelensky addressed his country's parliament at a time when outgoing US President Joe Biden gave long-awaited permission to Kiev to attack Russian territory using US-supplied long-range missiles.
"Determining time...that will come next year....We must not allow anyone in the world to doubt Ukraine's ability to cope," Zelensky told lawmakers. And at this stage, it is being decided who will win.'
Russia has significantly stepped up airstrikes on Ukrainian cities ahead of winter. Also, Moscow has received more than 10,000 troops from North Korea to participate in the frontal war.
On the other hand, in diplomatic circles, the re-election of Donald Trump to the US presidency has increased the talk of negotiating a possible peace agreement to end the war in Ukraine.
